Who you’re reaching

Messages submitted through this form, and emails sent to support@researchvialsllc.com, are routed to the Research Vials Lab Team — the people responsible for batch sourcing, third-party verification with Analytical Formulations, Inc., cold-chain handling, and post-sale support. Routine sales inquiries are handled by the same team rather than a separate sales desk; quality and verification questions get the same routing.

We are not licensed clinicians and do not provide medical, dosing, or therapeutic guidance. Our scope is research-grade material handling and the documentation that supports it.

What to include in your message

Different question types take different amounts of context for us to answer cleanly. A short orienting paragraph helps:

  • Sourcing or product question — name the product, ideally with the slug or SKU if you have it (e.g. bpc-157-5mg-2, YPB.212). If the question is about a specific batch you already received, include the batch ID from the COA.
  • COA request for a specific lot — give us the order number or the batch ID printed on your COA, and we will pull the matching third-party report from our verification archive and send it back. You do not need to justify why you want the COA; it is part of what we keep on file for every batch we ship.
  • Reconstitution or storage question — tell us the peptide, the vehicle you used or plan to use, and the storage conditions. We have in-house protocols for every product in the catalog and will reference the one that matches your setup rather than guess.
  • Quality concern on received material — describe what you observed (color, particulate, packaging, COA mismatch) and the batch ID. We will respond promptly and, if needed, pull the retained sample from that lot for re-analysis at Analytical Formulations, Inc. There is no fee to the customer for that re-analysis when the concern is on a batch we shipped.

Response time

Our standard target is one US business day for routine inquiries and the same business day for quality-related contacts. We monitor the queue during US business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend messages are picked up Monday morning. If a message has not been acknowledged within two business days, treat it as not received and send again — occasional spam filtering hits legitimate research inquiries.

Escalation path for quality issues

If you receive material that does not match its specification, do not use it. The Research Vials Lab Team handles this directly:

  1. Stop using the vial. Photograph the vial, the packaging, and the COA if any obvious mismatch is visible.
  2. Send a message through this form or directly to support@researchvialsllc.com with the order number, the batch ID, and the photographs.
  3. We respond same business day. If verification by Analytical Formulations is needed, we pull our retained sample from that batch and run it; results are typically available within one to two weeks.
  4. Replacement or refund is offered either way — we do not require a customer-side investigation to be completed before resolving the order.

What we cannot help with

This is a research-supply operation. We cannot advise on human or veterinary use of any material we ship. We cannot recommend dosing, frequencies, combinations, or routes of administration for any peptide for any purpose. Questions in that category are outside our scope and we will say so plainly rather than improvise. For research-design questions in the molecule-handling category (purity acceptance, reconstitution vehicle, stability behavior, cold-chain practicalities), the Lab Team is the right channel and we will engage in detail.
