Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We are committed to getting your research materials to you as quickly as possible:

• Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed and shipped the same day
• Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. See the checkout page for current free shipping thresholds.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations. International orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that some peptides may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to verify that the products you are ordering are legal in your destination country. We reserve the right to decline any international order.

Temperature-Controlled Packaging

To ensure product integrity, all orders are shipped with appropriate packaging measures:

• Insulated packaging: All shipments use insulated containers to protect against temperature extremes during transit
• Cold packs: During warmer months (May-September), cold gel packs are included at no additional cost to maintain product stability
• Tamper-evident sealing: All packages are sealed with tamper-evident materials for your protection
• Discreet shipping: All packages are shipped in unmarked, discreet outer packaging with no product descriptions visible

Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Products must be unopened and in original, undamaged packaging
• Products must be unused and free from any signs of tampering
• You must contact us at support@researchvials.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part

Replacement & Refund Guarantee

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Damaged packages: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will ship a free replacement immediately
• Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, or if a package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us. We will work with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, ship a replacement at no charge
• Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

Purchaser Responsibility

By purchasing products from Research Vials, the purchaser represents and warrants that they: (a) are at least 21 years of age; (b) will use products solely for legitimate laboratory research or educational purposes; (c) possess the necessary qualifications, training, and facilities to handle research chemicals safely; (d) will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research chemicals; and (e) accept full responsibility for the use and disposition of all products purchased.

Limitation of Liability

Research Vials shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or legal consequences resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized application of any product. The purchaser assumes all risk and liability associated with the receipt, handling, storage, use, and disposal of products. By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Research Vials from any and all claims arising from misuse of products.
